Be prepared with the list of information below:
-What days you plan to rent
-What vehicle you are towing with
-What you are towing
After Josh determines you to be an eligible renter (most people are, dont worry.), he will send over paperwork via Docusign. It is important that you wait until you are at our location, looking at the trailer while you fill this out. There is a document in there with check boxes for you to verify that everything is exactly the way it should be. There is also a space on there to upload a photo of your (valid) drivers license, and proof of insurance on the vehicle you are towing with. So be sure to have that with you.
After you finish filling out the paperwork, Josh will have created you a profile in our customer database, he will then send you a link to the customer portal where you will input your credit/debit card details for your profile. This is a very important step. In Tow requires every renter to keep a card on file with us. Don't worry, your information is protected and secure, we can't even see your card number. We will also NEVER charge your card without letting you know beforehand.
Once you submit your card information into your profile, In Tow will charge your card for the appropriate amount based on how long you are renting for. In tandem with this, Josh will send you a one-time code to open the lockbox that is attached to the trailer. This lockbox contains the keys to the trailer.
ENJOY A SAFE RENTAL!
On your return day, we will coordinate what time you are dropping the trailer off. Once you have arrived we will send you some check-in documents to fill out via Docusign. This should be relatively quick. It just consists of the same list of checkboxes from when you rented it out, just stating that you are returning everything exactly as you picked it up. There is also a section in there where you must upload photos of the trailer from every and all angle so we can see if anything was damaged. But again, all damage should be reported immediately, not through the pictures.
